Information Technology Project Manager

In this exciting role, you'll wear many hats! From planning and executing digital projects to monitoring progress and ensuring successful completion, you'll be the glue that holds everything together. You'll collaborate with various stakeholders, manage resources, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to set goals.

What You'll Do:

• Digital Transformation Champion:

  • Contribute to developing and maintaining our project management guidelines specifically for digital initiatives.

  • Partner with the Project Management Office (PMO) to ensure effective communication and utilization of project management tools and methodologies.

• Project Planning Pro:

  • Prioritize digital projects based on established criteria and assess project scope to determine feasibility.

  • Participate in vendor selection and collaborate with relevant departments to establish contractual terms that meet project requirements.

  • Develop detailed project plans for assigned initiatives, including timelines, budgets, communication schedules, and resource allocation.

  • Identify and assess project risks, proactively developing mitigation plans to address potential issues.

• Execution & Monitoring Mastermind:

  • Create a comprehensive project charter and schedule, obtaining stakeholder feedback to ensure alignment.

  • Develop clear project roadmaps to foster communication and collaboration across project teams.

  • Manage project dependencies, track progress, and proactively identify and address any challenges that may arise.

  • Conduct regular monitoring and analysis, evaluating project performance against KPIs and recommending corrective actions as needed.

• Reporting & Closure Specialist:

  • Craft accurate and timely progress reports that provide valuable insights for project stakeholders and decision-making.

  • Manage project documentation for future reference, ensuring proper coding and filing.

  • Track project finances, monitoring expenditures and ensuring adherence to budget constraints.

  • Evaluate the performance of vendors and consultants, ensuring they meet contractual obligations.

  • Analyze project data, including KPIs, budget performance, and resource utilization, to identify areas for improvement in future projects.

  • Oversee project closure procedures and prepare completion certificates.

• Proven experience in digital project management.

• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.

• Excellent planning and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Experience in developing and managing project plans, schedules, and budgets.
