The Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Business Planning & Strategic Partnerships Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for a broad range of tasks, including business planning, financial management, account management, and strategic partnership development.
Responsibilities
Business Planning: Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to develop comprehensive business plans aligned with Tahakom's strategic direction. Identify and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress towards objectives.
Strategic Partnerships: Play a vital role in building and managing strategic partnerships that enhance Tahakom's offerings and expand our reach. This includes collecting, analyzing, and utilizing data to identify suitable partners.
Performance Management: Collaborate with stakeholders to monitor the performance of the business unit against established targets. Ensure employees maintain high performance standards in all areas. Prepare performance reports and participate in developing a performance metrics dashboard.
Financial Planning & Management: Track the business unit's budget, prepare financial reports, and implement cost-control measures. Monitor purchase requests, purchase orders, and invoicing processes to ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines. Lead the preparation of the annual procurement plan and monthly budget tracking reports. Conduct regular meetings with management to discuss financial planning and address any issues.
Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer account management activities. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure successful solution delivery according to client needs. Communicate progress on initiatives to stakeholders and explore opportunities to expand existing partnerships. Prepare reports on the status of strategic partnerships and address any client challenges.
Skills & Qualifications
Experience: 6-8 years of relevant experience.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Management or equivalent required.
Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
Knowledge: Working knowledge of financial management and procurement principles. Understanding of strategic partnership development.
