Marketing Officer

Shuraa is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Marketing Officer to join us onboard. The successful candidate will be responsible to oversee the organization’s organic marketing activities and provide digital marketing assistance. The responsibilities include ensuring all marketing operations are in line and meeting requirements set by management.

Responsibilities:

• Screen the creative campaigns on various social media platforms.

• Work closely with in-house or external creative agencies to design marketing materials.

• Identify, study, and test market patterns and trends.

• Managing production and performance of marketing activities.

• Conduct market research to identify growth sectors and opportunities.

• Utilize research findings to provide marketing managers with insights and direction for upcoming marketing strategies and projects.

• Collaborate with managers to prepare budgets.

• Enhance brand awareness by liaising with stakeholders and vendors to promote success.

Requirements:

• 3+ years proven experience as marketing officer or similar role.

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration or related field.

• Good understanding of market research techniques, statistical and data analysis methods.

• Proficient using MS office 360 and previous experience using other marketing softwares(Dynamics, Excel, CRM).

• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.

• Outstanding creativity and commercial awareness.

• A team player with a customer-oriented approach.
