Job Description

We are currently bidding for a prestigious new project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and are seeking a Senior Asset Management System (AMS) Technician to support the Senior AMS Management Specialist in implementing asset management best practices within the client's portfolio.

Purpose of the Project: The purpose of the project under this contract is to provide consulting and management support to a Ministry in KSA with the necessary tools to manage and maintain assets and facilities. This involves improving activities to meet service requirements, developing business strategies to reduce the costs of asset life cycles, and improving practices to increase efficiency and effectiveness. The scope includes long-term management of assets, facilities, resources, and services to improve performance, reduce costs, and manage the life cycle.

Hiring for this position is subject to contract award.

Key Accountabilities:

  1. Support the maintenance and upkeep of asset management systems, including software, hardware, and databases.

  2. Perform routine system checks, updates, and troubleshooting for optimal performance.

  3. Manage asset data within the system, including inventory, specifications, maintenance records, and depreciation schedules.

  4. Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity through regular audits and reconciliations.

  5. Identify opportunities to optimize asset management processes and system functionalities.

  6. Support the Senior AMS Management Specialist in implementing enhancements and improvements to the system.

  7. Generate and analyze reports on asset performance, utilization, and lifecycle costs.

  8. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making processes.

  9. Support compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies related to asset management.

  10. Implement controls and procedures to mitigate risks associated with asset management activities.

  11. Minimize system downtime and disruptions to operation.

Specific Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in AMS Management.

  • Practical experience in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

  • Experience in quality services and studies.

  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field.
