Serco is seeking a Risk Analyst to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia!

About the Role:

• Support the Senior Risk Management Specialist in delivering successful project outcomes for a Ministry's transformation program.

• Create and maintain risk management plans and strategies for facilities and asset management projects.

• Identify, analyze, and mitigate risks associated with projects and contracts.

• Develop and implement strategies to maximize project benefits and minimize risks.

• Monitor and control risks throughout the project lifecycle.

• Collaborate effectively with project teams and stakeholders.

You are a highly skilled professional with:

• In-depth knowledge of strategic planning, risk management methodologies, and industry standards.

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• The ability to build strong relationships and manage confidential information.

• Experience in interpreting and analyzing data.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (required).

• Minimum 7 years of experience (required).

• Experience in risk analysis, quality services, and projects within Saudi Arabia (preferred).
