Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee Facilities Management (FM) services for a prestigious Ultra Luxury project in NEOM, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of the Managing Partner team, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless delivery of FM services across the Island, in alignment with client requirements and project goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Policy Development: Oversee the development of policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with legislative requirements and deliver high-quality, customer-focused results.

  2. Asset Management: Develop and implement asset replacement plans based on smart, condition-based lifecycle analysis and predictive maintenance schedules.

  3. Integration of CAFM System: Coordinate the adoption and integration of the Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM) system to manage assets, space, sustainability, and work orders effectively.

  4. Collaborative Culture: Foster a collaborative working culture across all FM functions through effective support, communication, training, and knowledge sharing.

  5. Hard FM Service Delivery: Have final responsibility for the delivery of hard FM services, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

  6. Coordination with Service Partner: Drive planning and cooperation with the Service Partner to deliver exceptional services, including planned and reactive maintenance with minimal disruption.

  7. Sustainability: Promote sustainable practices and oversee data analytics for utility consumption trends and energy performance optimization.

  8. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure regulatory compliance with laws, regulations, and guidelines applicable to the organization and jurisdiction.

  9. Digital Facility Management Solutions: Drive the adoption of systems and platforms for digital facility management to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.

  10. Quality Assessments: Conduct regular service quality assessments to ensure alignment with expectations and FM strategy.

  11. Team Management: Oversee FM recruitment, manage team members responsibly, and monitor performance against business goals.

Specific Requirements:

  • Minimum 15 years' experience in FM industry, including Hard and Soft Services, with 5 years at senior level in GCC.

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering/engineering management, facilities management, or similar.

  • Facilities Management Professional (FMP) certification required, Project Management Professional (PMP) desirable.

  • Experience in Ultra-Luxury environments such as Master Community, Island, Marine, F&B, Hospitality, etc.

  • Fluent in English, Arabic desirable.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office packages.
