Senior Field Specialist

Job Responsibility:
1. Coordinate and schedule field operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
2. Manage a team of field technicians, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
3. Monitor and evaluate field performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
4. Oversee the maintenance and calibration of field equipment to ensure accurate and reliable data collection.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to communicate project requirements and timelines effectively.
6. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times during field operations.
7. Provide on-site support and troubleshooting for field technicians as needed.
8. Prepare and submit reports on field activities, project progress, and any issues or challenges encountered.

Candidate Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in a related field such as engineering, geology, or environmental science.
2. Proven experience in field operations, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
3. Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team of field technicians.
4. Knowledge of industry best practices, safety regulations, and field equipment.
5. Ability to problem-solve, make quick decisions, and adapt to changing field conditions.
6. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
7. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to field sites as required.
