Office Boy

Summary:
We are looking for a reliable Office Boy to assist in the day-to-day tasks of maintaining a clean and organized office environment. The Office Boy will be responsible for running errands, serving beverages, photocopying documents, and assisting with general office duties.

Job Responsibility:
1. Cleaning and maintaining the office premises.
2. Making tea or coffee and serving beverages to staff and guests.
3. Running errands such as picking up and delivering documents or packages.
4. Assisting with photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
5. Monitoring and ordering office supplies.
6. Assisting in basic office tasks as assigned by supervisors.
7. Performing other ad-hoc duties to support office operations.

Candidate Requirements:
1. Proven experience as an Office Boy or similar role.
2. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
3. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Basic knowledge of office equipment and procedures.
5. Physical stamina to stand for long hours and perform manual labor.
6. High school diploma or equivalent.
7. Willingness to take directions and work well within a team.
