Job Purpose
The purpose of the Executive Assistant job is to perform a variety of administrative tasks and support Panda company’s senior-level managers/ executives, by all means, enabling them to focus and reach their strategic goals and objectives.

Key Accountabilities

  • Acting as the point of contact among Panda executives, Business Support team, and external partners/ clients with related matters for Vice President of Business Support.

  • Maintaining the Vice President of Business Support appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences Etc, and making travel and accommodation arrangements for the Business Support Vice President.

  • Mange the suppliers visitors and or delegations for the Business Support Vice President (Visits, meetings, conference ..etc.)

  • Ensure confidentiality at the workplace.

  • Completes tasks assigned by the business Support Vice President to the Business Support Heads and their team; following up on actions and results and Organizing and maintaining the Vice President files, documents, and invoices, etc.

  • Take minutes during meetings.

  • Coordinate and monitor the Business Support Management team vacation and business trips tracker.

  • Tracking the Vice President’s tasks and his direct reports to ensure jobs and actions conducted within the timeline.

  • Keeping up with the Business Support Vice President’s all work related matters.

Skills

Qualifications

  • An associate degree in BA, or other related field or an equivalent combination of education.

Key Competencies

  • 3-5 years of experience as an executive assistant or Personal Assistant to senior/ executive-level managers.

  • Support/assistance provided within deadlines in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Availability and efficiency Reports, processes, and documents are administered accurately in timely manner.

  • Code of Conduct is always achieved.

  • Maintain All internal and external communications.

  • Maintain the Business Support VP Calendar.

  • Maintain All quarterly and Yearly Performance reviews and ensure they are completed reviewed and discussed including training needs areas for development, potential career opportunities.
