Job Description

Ooredoo is looking for a talented and experienced Key Account Manager (B2B) to join their growing team in Kuwait!

About Ooredoo:

About the Role:

  • Lead the B2B sales team in acquiring and retaining customers.

  • Develop and implement business development plans to achieve growth.

  • Manage Key Account Managers and oversee their daily work.

  • Validate sales plans and assess customer needs.

  • Provide training and support to Key Account Managers.

  • Achieve sales targets for mobile, data, and ICT services.

  • Support Senior Management with large multinational accounts.

  • Create a performance management system for Key Account Managers.

  • Proactively stay up-to-date on industry developments.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.

  • 5-6 years of relevant work experience in Kuwait (required).

  • Excellent presentation skills.

  • Strong network in the Kuwaiti business community.

  • Fluency in written and verbal Arabic and English.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

  • Experience in technical telecoms development (preferred).

  • B2B portal experience (preferred).
