Job Description
Lead the B2B sales team at Ooredoo and drive growth in the Kuwaiti market!
About Ooredoo:

About the Role:
Manage and develop the B2B sales team to achieve sales targets.
Create and implement business development plans for B2B customers.
Oversee the daily activities of Key Account Managers.
Validate sales plans and assess customer needs.
Provide training and support to Key Account Managers.
Achieve sales targets for mobile, data, and ICT services.
Support Senior Management with large multinational accounts.
Implement a performance management system for Key Account Managers.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field (required).
5-6 years of relevant work experience in Kuwait (required).
Excellent presentation skills.
Strong network in the Kuwaiti business community.
Fluency in written and verbal Arabic and English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Experience in technical telecoms development (preferred).
B2B portal experience (preferred).
