Job Description

Ooredoo's Consumer business unit plays a critical role in customer-facing activities and long-term business value creation through product design, sales revenue, profit, and customer satisfaction. Digital Transformation is a key focus, particularly in "Transforming the Core" to enhance online service accessibility for customers.

About the Role: The Digital Enablement Analyst is responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing the online sales pipeline in collaboration with Digital, Product, Marketing, and Retail teams. The role aims to facilitate easy access for customers to find and purchase Ooredoo services online, driving profitable sales and customer growth across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop, manage, and own the online channel sales pipeline.

  2. Partner closely with Digital, Product, Marketing, and Retail teams to achieve sales and revenue targets.

  3. Improve Digital Marketing, Sales, and Care skills and execution.

  4. Drive profitable sales and customer growth across Ooredoo's digital footprint.

  5. Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance the customer experience and maximize financial returns.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Engineering.

Experience:

  • 5 years of experience in a similar role.
