Job Description
The Digital Adoption & Support Manager plays a pivotal role in driving digital transformation and ensuring efficient digital adoption and support within the organization. Responsibilities include contributing to digital strategy, deploying digital adoption policies and standards, managing digital adoption & support budgets, overseeing organizational management, implementing change initiatives, and providing technical support.
Key Responsibilities
Contributing to Strategy and Management:
Contribute to the development of digital adoption and support strategies.
Deploy digital adoption policies, procedures, and standards.
Report to the Digital Adoption & Support Region/Country Head.
Digital Adoption & Support Budget:
Contribute to the annual budget for the digital adoption & support unit.
Manage and monitor financial performance against approved budget.
Organization and Management:
Manage the digital adoption & support team within the site.
Participate in internal and external audits and implement observations.
Change Initiatives and Projects:
Contribute to the implementation of change initiatives, programs, and projects.
Prepare RFPs, scope of work, and documentation for digital projects.
Adoption:
Implement ACWA Power IT SOP framework and Cybersecurity framework.
Deploy architectures/platforms/apps while complying with legislation.
Manage network hardware, software licenses, backups, and disaster recovery.
Support:
Provide first line of support on Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Apps, etc.
Manage digital infrastructure and data center within the site.
Provide technical support during installation, configuration, and roll out phases.

A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
