Job Description
Key Accountabilities
Strategy & Plans:
Assist the GM in developing the Field Services strategy aligned with the functional strategy.
Regularly report operational activities, challenges, and mitigations to the manager.
Budget Management:
Contribute to the preparation of the Field Services budget and monitor financial performance against it.
Setting Up Function:
Support the GM in setting up the centralized Field Services business unit.
Plan resourcing, structuring, and manpower planning for the function.
Pilot Project:
Manage the implementation of pilot projects for plants, ensuring client satisfaction.
Review and analyze pilot projects to strengthen service level agreements.
Planning:
Collaborate with clients to understand outage management requirements and develop roadmaps.
Work with plant engineers to plan outage management strategy, resources, and spare parts.
Develop project schedules, administrative and technical procedures, and quality plans.
Policies, Processes, Systems & Procedures:
Adhere to organizational and departmental policies, processes, and procedures.
Health, Safety, Security and Environment:
Adhere to health, safety, security, and environmental procedures to ensure compliance.
Related Assignments:
Perform any other duties required by the organization.

Excellent analytical and conceptual skills.
Understanding of business value chain and operations.
Knowledge of applicable legal, quality, and HSSE requirements.
Thorough knowledge of power plant operations and equipment.
Experience in operations and maintenance planning.
Experience in outage management of steam/gas turbines.
EducationBachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
