Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enrollment data management, statistical reporting and analysis for Study Away, J-Term and Summer Abroad programs

  • Study Away application process coordination and administration

  • Study Away, J-Term and Summer Abroad student advising, visa, and programming support

  • Financial support and data management for Study Away, J-Term and Summer Abroad

QualificationsRequired Education:

  • Bachelors Degree

Required Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a comparable position

  • Experience working with data management and detailed analysis

  • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience with SLATE

  • Team player; working well under pressure and with tight, often overlapping deadlines

  • Advanced fluency with MS Office (Power Point, Excel, Word, etc.) Advanced proficiency with spreadsheet creation and analysis

  • Experience with Adobe Professional, Qualtrix, web applications and CMS managemen
