About the Internship Program

The Nahdi Medical Co. Internship (COOP) Program aims to attract talented undergraduate Saudi students seeking hands-on work experience to fulfill the requirements of their universities.

This six-month internship program is designed for experiential learning, offering interns the opportunity to work alongside great leaders, receive mentorship and training, and gain firsthand experience of the Nahdi working environment. Interns will enhance their knowledge, develop interpersonal and technical skills, and lay a solid foundation for their future careers.

Throughout the internship, interns will engage in live projects, tackle business milestones, and gain insights into team leadership and development. They will build skills and relationships that extend beyond their time at Nahdi.

About the Human Resources Department

As a Human Resources Intern, you will have the opportunity to work in one of the following functions:

  • Learning and Development: Foster a vibrant workplace culture, promote continuous improvement, and contribute to Nahdi's overall success.

  • Human Resources Strategy: Manage key change initiatives and ensure the realization of best-practice corporate and HR standards, policies, procedures, and services.

Qualifications

We are seeking students who meet the following criteria:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Management Information System, Business Administration, or relevant majors.

  • Saudi National or considered Saudi.

  • Proficiency in English.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration across teams.

  • Good Project Management skills.

Application Process

  2. Behavioral Assessment: If eligible, you will receive an invitation via email to take the Assessment.

  3. Human Resources Interview: Participate in a competency-based interview with the Human Resources team.

  4. Business Interview: Complete a technical interview with the Human Resources team.

Internship Period

Accepted students will commence their internship in July 2024 and conclude in January 2025.
