Job Description
As a Technology Project Manager, your primary responsibility is to develop and oversee technology projects, ensuring they meet their objectives within the defined constraints of time, cost, and scope. You will collaborate closely with IT cross-functional teams, business partners, and stakeholders to conceptualize, launch, and maintain products such as software applications and processes. Additionally, you will lead efforts to enhance existing products by gathering, prioritizing, and documenting requirements for new functionalities.
Key Responsibilities:
IT Applications Project Management:
Provide top-down oversight throughout project execution to ensure adherence to scope, budget, and timeline.
Develop comprehensive project plans aligning customer requirements with company goals.
Monitor project progress and communicate regularly with stakeholders to identify and address issues.
Lead the implementation of IT projects, from analysis and design to delivery and support.
Manage requirement traceability and changes throughout the project lifecycle.
Choose appropriate methodologies for project management, adopting agile approaches when suitable.
Business Department and Product Management:
Collaborate with users and functional teams to gather and interpret requirements for IT projects.
Provide business systems solutions by evaluating options, preparing functional specifications, and estimating costs.
Verify solutions through testing and user acceptance, managing process change as needed.
Train key users on retail applications and provide ongoing support to ensure system utilization meets business needs.
Define system requirements, priorities, and alternatives, coordinating conversions and upgrades as necessary.
Review solution design documents, conduct User Acceptance Tests (UAT), and ensure compliance with business requirements.
Ensure smooth operations of retail systems through monitoring, migrations, upgrades, and patches.
Information Services:
Participate in contingency and disaster recovery planning and testing to maintain service levels.
Collaborate with auditors to ensure the quality, security, and integrity of application systems.
Perform risk assessments for application systems and develop mitigation plans as needed.

Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (1-hour break)
Job Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's Degree in IT, preferably in MIS or Systems Design.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Retail or a Tier 1 ERP System.
Strong knowledge of IT management best practices, project management methodologies (PMI and Agile), and ITIL.
Proficiency in programming languages, SQL/PLSQL, software documentation, and system analysis.
Familiarity with integration methodologies and IT solutions architecture best practices.
Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite.
Language: Proficient in English; knowledge of Arabic is beneficial.
