Conducts feasibility studies and analyses on the risk and benefits of proposed solutions.

Assists with translating business requirements into functional specifications, and document specifications.

Evaluate the ability of an existing system to support proposed changes and identify systems deficiencies and performance gaps.

Supports users on change control and systems updates and User Acceptance Testing and integration testing in accordance with the implementation plan.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Management, or related discipline.

At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position

Possesses an analytical mind, and is able to see interlinkages with system solutions and usability

Competent in business needs analysis and business requirement mapping.

Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English.

Experience working with systems related to Investment Banking, Financial Securities will be an added advantage
