Packaging Executive - FMCG

Candidate will be responsible for the following:

• Oversee daily production operations

• To manage shift production for all product lines with available resources and meeting the quality standards

• Ensure that production meets health, sanitation and quality standards

• Create weekly plan for production and organizing workmen to achieve target output of the shift

• Oversee the daily production operations and implement weekly production plan to finish production as per the delivery date

• Maintain production specifications and product standards while reducing overall cost to maximize productivity and profitability

• Making sure that the processing is being done in line with company’s specifications & formulations

• Maintain and verify all production records specifically batch records and employee timesheets

• Maintain and verify all production records for various internal and external audits

• Ensure that production meets health, sanitation, and quality standards

• Implement and maintain Food Safety procedures

• Monitor performance of workers reporting to them.
