We are seeking an Ecommerce Web Testing QA Specialist to ensure the quality, functionality, and usability of our e-commerce website across various devices and browsers. The role involves designing and executing test plans, identifying defects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless online shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Test Planning and Documentation:

   • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and UX/UI designers to understand project requirements.

   • Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts.

2. Functional and Regression Testing:

   • Execute manual and automated tests to verify website features and functionalities.

   • Conduct regression testing for new enhancements or updates.

3. Cross-browser and Cross-device Testing:

   • Perform cross-browser compatibility testing.

   • Conduct cross-device testing on various devices to ensure optimal user experience.

4. Usability and Accessibility Testing:

   • Evaluate UI/UX design for ease of navigation and compliance with accessibility standards.

   • Identify usability issues and accessibility barriers.

5. Performance and Load Testing:

   • Conduct performance testing to assess website speed and page load times.

   • Perform load testing to simulate high traffic scenarios.

6. Defect Tracking and Reporting:

   • Document and prioritize defects using bug tracking tools.

   • Provide detailed defect reports and test summary reports to stakeholders.

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• 3 years of experience in software quality assurance, web testing, or ecommerce QA.

• Proficiency in manual testing techniques and automated testing tools.

• Strong understanding of web technologies and browser developer tools.

• Familiarity with accessibility standards and usability principles.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Effective communication skills.
