Job Description
We are urgently seeking a qualified and experienced individual to join our team and oversee all aspects of school bus transportation.
Responsibilities:
Manage the efficient utilization of the school bus fleet.
Develop and organize bus routes aligned with student needs.
Assign bus trips and schedule drivers.
Arrange driver substitutes as necessary to ensure smooth operations.
Collaborate effectively with the school administration on all transportation-related tasks.
Maintain clear and consistent communication with parents, addressing any concerns regarding student transportation.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a similar administrative role (required).
Excellent organizational and communication skills (required).
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team (required).
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (required).
Valid UAE driver's license (required).
