Job Description

We're looking for a talented and motivated Talent Analytics Specialist to join our team and play a key role in leveraging data to drive better HR decisions across our organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis Champion: Coordinate and communicate data analysis and collection efforts to inform data-driven Talent Analytics decisions throughout the organization.

  • Reporting & Insights Expert: Draft and create data reports and utilize various analytical tools to support the department's strategy in making data-driven choices that benefit the organization.

  • Data Reporting Systems Specialist: Manage and improve existing Talent Analytics reporting systems by reviewing workflows, developing processes, and optimizing data collection methods.

  • Data Storytelling Pro: Perform complex data analyses to generate clear and concise executive summaries and detailed reports for senior management.

  • Knowledge Sharer: Conduct, facilitate, and provide training sessions on data analysis, issue identification, organizational risk assessment, and data-driven decision-making processes.

  • Data Validation & Quality Assurance: Utilize statistical and analytical methodologies to analyze data and ensure its reliability and validity.

  • Root Cause Analysis Expert: Analyze data and available information to identify the root causes of HR issues and propose solutions to overcome them.

  • Data Architecture Strategist: Collaborate closely with all Human Capital teams to develop a long-term data platform architecture strategy.

  • Data Cleaning & Maintenance: Execute data validation, profiling, auditing, and data cleansing activities to ensure data accuracy and quality.

  • Metrics & Identification of Gaps: Develop key metrics, rules, and notifications using various analytical methods to identify critical talent management gaps.

Qualifications:

  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems (MIS) or a related field is required.

  • For Grade 09:

    • One (1) year of related experience with a Master's degree, or three (3) years of experience with a Bachelor's degree.

  • For Grade 10:

    • Three (3) years of related experience with a Master's degree, or five (5) years of experience with a Bachelor's degree, including two (2) years of experience at Grade 09.

Additional Requirements:

  • Saudi Arabian nationality is required.
