Senior Media Affairs Representative

Brief Description
1. Assists the Head of International Events and Media in the development of international public relations and media activities.

2. Responsible for implementing, monitoring, and evaluating international public relations activities in accordance with KFSH&RC's international communication strategy.

3. Shares marketing excellence's media plans, including KPIs and budgets.

4. Reviews marketing and public relations collateral, media plans, etc., and present to the head of International Events & Media.

5. Develops a process for archiving all media-related activities and content.

6. Manages relevant stakeholders' to view their plans and develop appropriate international media plans.

7. Contributes to the development of leadership media appearance content and media training.

8. Collaborates with the Content Development team on developing press releases and articles.

9. Manages third-party agencies in responsible of event activation, exhibitions, seminars, etc.

10. Ensures budget spending in accordance with the plan and develop mitigation strategies in the circumstance of overspending.

11. Provides suggestions for new sponsorship opportunities.

12. Follows all Hospital’s related Policies and Procedures.
Detailed Description
Master’s, or Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations, Business Administration, Marketing, or other related discipline is required
Job Requirements
Grade 09:One (1) year of related experience with Master’s, or three (3) years with Bachelor’s Degree is required

.Grade 10: Three (3) years of related experience with Master’s, or five (5) years with Bachelor’s Degree, including two (2) years of (Grade 09) experience is required
