Senior Integration Analyst

The department gathers functional and technical requirements for integration solutions, supports development, configuration, testing, and release of integration solutions, and provides ongoing support for seamless data flow between different applications at KFSH&RC organizations.

Brief Description:

1. Support the Integration Specialist by gathering functional and technical requirements.

2. Implement integration requirements gathered in appropriate applications for seamless operation.

3. Perform unit, functional, and performance testing to ensure solutions meet requirements and IT standards.

4. Create and execute test plans to confirm integrations meet specifications.

5. Design and code special programs required for system integration and maintenance.

6. Ensure new software integrations meet functional, technical requirements, system compliance, and interface specifications.

7. Collaborate with Information Security & Disaster Recovery Department to install security measures.

8. Diagnose and review system problems and implement corrective action.

9. Provide Level 3 maintenance and support for escalated events.

10. Support problem management process.

11. Follow system safety and security procedures.

Detailed Description:

• Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related discipline required.

• Three (3) years of related experience with Master's Degree, or five (5) years of related experience with Bachelor's Degree required.

• Participate in self & others' education, training, and development.

• Perform other related duties as assigned.
