Senior Data Management Program Specialist

Responsible for overseeing the functionality and utilization of data at the domain level, ensuring proper data definition, and promoting its effective use across the enterprise. Focuses on managing operational activities related to the maintenance of Master Data and providing support to business teams or projects as needed.

Brief Description:

1. Understands and applies data management standards and policies.

2. Collaborates with data stewards in different organizational divisions to ensure proper data management.

3. Works with business stakeholders and the Data & Analytics Services Division to implement rules and policies of Data governance.

4. Designs and constructs data architectures to support integrated transactional, collaborative, and analytical systems.

5. Implements corrective actions to address data quality issues.

Detailed Description:

• PhD, Master's, or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related discipline is required.

• Four (4) years of experience with a PhD, seven (7) years with a Master's, or nine (9) years with a Bachelor's Degree in a related field.

• Participates in identifying and proposing Data Governance solutions.

• Coordinates operations during deploy and transition phases.

• Adheres to all organization-related Policies and Procedures.

• Participates in self and others' education, training, and development, as applicable.

• Performs other related duties as assigned.
