Senior Compliance Analyst

1. Research various external laws, rules, and regulations by viewing official sources and be up to date with the latest regulation

.2. Oversee all policies and ensure effective compliance of the Hospital and manages all communication regarding compliance policies and procedures to maintain all legal procedures.

3. Evaluates all compliance policies and procedures and coordinates with all internal teams to resolve all compliance issues effective and attend all reviews for internal and external department to promote all compliance programs.

4. Updates compliance library with the emerging compliance obligations and maps these obligations to the concerned entities and processes.

5. Identifies and analyses compliance obligations and potential compliance risks arising from laws and regulations applicable to the Hospital.

6. Coordinates and consults with concerned entities to analyse the compliance obligations arising from laws and regulation applicable to the organization, or from internal directives.

7. Compiles information on various compliance issues and update the necessary information.

8. Implements approved compliance methodologies, procedures and tools of Compliance Division.
Detailed Description

Primary discipline: Master’s, or Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Law, or related discipline is required.

Secondary discipline: Bachelor’s Degree in other speciality plus Master’s in primary discipline is required.
Job Requirements

Grade 10:Three (3) years of primary experience with Master’s, or five (5) years of related experience with Bachelor’s Degree is required.

Grade 11:Five (5) years of primary experience or five (5) years of experience [ four (4) years primary / one (1) year secondary ] with Master’s, or seven (7) years of primary experience with Bachelor’s Degree , including two (2) years of (Grade10) experience is required is required.is required.
