Job Description
1. Receives Hospital employees and visitors, determines their need and problems and directs them to the proper person depending on their needs.
2. Receives telephone calls, answers inquiries or determines proper staff to handle inquiries.
3. Assists in the processing of required paperwork. Completes forms submitted or requested by the caller.
4. Directs caller to the appropriate area. Gives directions when necessary.
5. Inputs and retrieves computer data, and verifies accuracy.
6. Participates in Department, Section or Unit specific and Hospital wide quality improvement plan preferred.
Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, or other related discipline is required.
Job Requirements
Grade 07:
No experience required is required.
Grade 08:
One (1) year of related experience is required.
