Head, Organization Design

Brief Description

1- Develops innovative, creative, and high-impact organizational design strategies and plans that drive outstanding organizational performance.

2- Provide professional counsel, and support to the Director, Organization Development in developing and implementing integrated and value-added management processes, programs, plans and systems that contribute strategically to the overall effectives and efficiency of the Organization.

3- Recommends, provides and develops professional analyses, alternative perspectives, information, and techniques regarding organizational structure and design to enhance organizational effectiveness.

4- Leads systematic review and analysis of goals, duties and responsibilities of departments, divisions and groups of the organization.

5- Leads organizational studies to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of existing organization structures, functions & processes, including reporting relationships and communication processes and recommends changes as applicable. Develops appropriate organizational structure for related signatory authority level and management notifications.

6- Reviews Organization-wide programs/services, develops recommendations and prepares presentations supporting executive-level decisions relative to improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the Organization's operations.

7- Maintains collaborative and effective relationships with other key management personnel and keeps abreast of significant economic, social and technical trends, and regulatory guidelines, which may influence assigned functions/services and/or the Hospital.
Detailed Description
Master's or Bachelor's Degreein Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or other related discipline is required.
Job Requirements
At least nine (9) years with Master's, or eleven (11) years with Bachelor's Degree of related Organization Design/Structure or Human Resources Development experience including four (4)years in a senior or supervisory capacity is required.
