Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Care:

  • Assist physicians in diagnosing and treating patients, following established guidelines and best practices.

  • Participate in patient rounds with attending physicians, presenting findings and recommendations for discussion.

  • Develop your expertise in specialized diagnostic techniques and therapeutic equipment.

• Education & Development:

  • Stay up-to-date on advancements in medicine by attending conferences, workshops, and teaching programs.

  • Participate in clinical research and contribute to publications, following ethical research protocols.

  • Collaborate with residents, sharing your knowledge and supporting their learning journey.

• Quality & Compliance:

  • Ensure all patient care activities comply with hospital policies, procedures, and medical staff bylaws.

  • Advocate for efficient resource utilization within the hospital setting.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant medical field and completion of an accredited Physician Assistant program.
