Job Description
1. Manages customer interaction and respond through various channels.
2. Identifies and resolve customer complaints or issue with the support of the respective department.
3. Responds efficiently and accurately, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that customers feel supported and valued.
4. Engages in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information and diffusing angry clients, as needed.
5. Provides service information to customers and answer frequent asked questions.
6. Books appointments, process requests like medical reports and refill.
7. Documents all call information according to standard operating procedures.
8. Understands and strives to meet or exceed call center metrics while providing excellent and consistent customer service.
9. Follows all Hospital's related Policies and Procedures.
Detailed Description
Bachelor's in Administration, Communication, Public Relation or related discipline is required
Job Requirements
One (1) year of related experience with Bachelor's is required.
