Director of Nursing Home Healthcare- EHC

The Ministry of Health (MoH) in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is undergoing a National Transformation and Corporatization Program, transitioning the MoH to be solely a healthcare regulator. Care delivery will be managed through government-owned Corporations, with services provided via clusters aiming to become Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs). This transformation will occur over several years, requiring a phased approach for proper planning, preparation, and execution.

Skills & Competencies:

1. Research and Development:

   • Coordinate and implement research and development programs.

2. Policy and Service Development:

   • Implement policies and develop discrete policies or services for specific areas.

3. Analytical and Judgment:

   • Make judgments involving a range of facts or situations, requiring analysis or comparison of options.

4. Planning and Organizing:

   • Plan and organize complex activities or programs, formulating and adjusting plans as needed.

Experience:

• Ten (10) years’ experience in a secondary or tertiary healthcare setting, with a minimum of six (6) years of management experience after Bachelor’s Degree.

• Eight (8) years’ experience in a secondary or tertiary setting, with a minimum of four (4) years of management experience after Master’s Degree.
