Responsibilities
General Manager’s responsibilities include formulating an overall strategy, managing people, and establishing policies.
The ideal candidate should be an excellent communicator, capable of delegating tasks and collaborating seamlessly across different departments.
Ultimately, the General Manager should be driven by a desire to lead our business in order to maximize productivity and efficiency.
Overseeing daily business operations.
Developing and implementing growth strategies.
Training low-level managers and staff.
Creating and managing budgets.
Improving revenue for the company.
Providing solutions for employees’ hiring.
Evaluating performance and productivity.
Analyzing accounting and financial data.
Researching and identifying growth opportunities.
Generating reports and giving presentations.
