Job Duties and Qualifications
Under broad direction, performs onboarding activities, escalation support, coordination and validation of workflow in employee position changes and quality improvement direction to HR Expert Delivery Center.
Provides accurate and prompt response to a wide range of Human Resources customer inquiries within Expert Delivery Center and work seamlessly with HR Service Center.
Utilizes knowledge base, documented procedures, policy manuals, HR databases, and other resources to resolve inquiries via telephone, voicemail, or email.
Interprets, applies, and communicates conceptual elements of Human Resources policies, rules, and regulations. Ensures organizational goals are met by interpreting and applying HR processes, replicating successful practices, proactively developing internal relationships, and identifying areas for improvement.
Escalates issues that require specific, in-depth knowledge to the appropriate HR Center of Excellence (COE).
Follows up on outstanding issues to ensure resolution, keep the customer informed on the status, and close out the case upon completion.
Serves as a first-level subject matter expert for most Human Resources administration issues.
