Job Description

  • Partner with the logistics department to understand their business objectives and provide strategic HR support.

  • Implement HR initiatives and programs to support the team in areas such as performance management, employee relations and talent development.

  • Act as a point of contact for all HR-related inquiries and provide guidance to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.

  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure consistency in HR practices and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

  • Conduct regular training sessions for managers and employees on HR topics such as performance management, conflict

resolution, and diversity and inclusion.

  • Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement actionable solutions.

  • Handle employee relations issues, investigations, and disciplinary actions in collaboration with the HR team and management.
