Job Description
Partner with the logistics department to understand their business objectives and provide strategic HR support.
Implement HR initiatives and programs to support the team in areas such as performance management, employee relations and talent development.
Act as a point of contact for all HR-related inquiries and provide guidance to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.
Collaborate with the HR team to ensure consistency in HR practices and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Conduct regular training sessions for managers and employees on HR topics such as performance management, conflict
resolution, and diversity and inclusion.
Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement actionable solutions.
Handle employee relations issues, investigations, and disciplinary actions in collaboration with the HR team and management.
