Job Description
Responsibilities:
Work closely with sales teams, other presales teams, and subordinates to ensure that the portfolio of offerings is up-to-date and that winning offers are provided.
Promote Giza Systems’ image and culture internally and externally.
Collaborate with the presales manager to determine the appropriate suppliers and offerings as per the strategy of the Line of Business (LoB).
Review market trends and technological advances to determine their impact on the LoB’s offering.
Design highly technical solutions with the team and identify potential suppliers for the provided solutions.
Develop technical documents and review the technical components of proposals for efficient integration of all configured solutions before submission.
Assign the team, including themselves, to opportunities and provide guidance and support as needed.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure a complete understanding of the client’s requirements, which may include client visits and solution presentations.
Review the technical aspect of project implementation plans prepared by Project Managers to ensure achievability within the set timeframe.
Prepare and regularly update the offerings in their area.
Educate the Sales Team on the basic technicalities and functionality of all offerings to guide them in identifying leads within assigned sectors.
Communicate with Sales, Project Managers, and Technical teams to gather insights and information on client needs and project challenges for the offerings portfolio.
Ensure proper knowledge preservation and management within the presales team and the organization.
Coordinate continuous awareness campaigns across the organization.
Develop the presales team to act as consultants/advisors to clients on complex technical issues and conduct presentations.
Train new members and identify areas for growth and development within the team.
