Job Description

Key responsibilities

  • Responsible for handling Presales activities including providing designs and/or recommended solutions, fulfilling all technical support needs to sales team in the Lob. Along with suggested pricing of the suppliers and expected competition.

  • Design highly technical solutions for the entire integrated solution components. (H/W, S/W license, network, connectivity etc.)

  • Identify the service scope needed to fulfill the customer requirements.

  • Identify the potential supplier(s) list for the provided solution(s).

  • Review the technical components of the proposals that he is responsible for ensuring the efficient coverage of the customer requirements in these components.

  • Prepare technical write-up and associated drawings that describe specific part of the solution and highlight the advantages of the proposed part.

  • Study the available solutions of the competitors to be able to provide the optimum components emphasizing our strong points and hiding our weak points.

  • Involvement in customer meetings aimed to describe/discuss the proposed solution and highlight advantages over competitors.

Personal Skills

  • Excellent pre-sales technical skills.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Good negotiation skills.

  • Very good command of the English language.

Technical Skills

  • B.Sc. in Engineering (communications, electric power, mechanical or mechatronics) Communication and Electronics Engineering.

  • 5+ years of Presales experience OR 3-5 years of field experience

followed by 2-4 years of Presales experience.

  • Managed Services Solutioning.

  • Expertise in overseeing application management services.

  • Experience managing large-scale managed services projects.

  • Deep knowledge in the Public and Telecom sectors.

  • Competent in addressing diverse application management needs within managed services, encompassing SLAs and KPIs.
