Job Description
Key responsibilitiesHardware Inspection and Testing: Inspect incoming laptops for any physical defects or damages.
Laptop Configuration: Replace & Configure the laptops according to agreed project standards and user requirements. Install software applications, security updates, and drivers as needed.
Data Migration: Transfer data from old laptops to new ones, ensuring that users' files, applications, and preferences are transferred during the replacement process.
Documentation and Reporting: fill the replacement check list and get user sign on both (transfer orders & Blanco reports).
Follow Client Security standards and safety rules.

Technical SkillsA high school diploma or equivalent is typically required for entry-level IT computer technician positions.
Experience of 1 - 2 years in the same field.
