Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key responsibilities:

• Working with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs, support with the creation of job descriptions and writing adverts.

• Proactively sourcing candidates using LinkedIn.

• Screening candidates and attending interviews to assist with the recruitment process.

• Managing candidate feedback

• Working with the Talent Acquisition Team Manager to improve cost-per-hire, time-to-hire and employee retention.

• Promotes and enhances the Fugro employer brand (events, social media, campus recruitment) and deliver a great candidate experience at all times.

• Builds trusted relationships with business leaders, hiring managers, and HRBP’s to influence and deliver talent acquisition strategies to meet current and future business needs – recruitment goals.

• Use data and (market) insights to guide talent decisions, measuring and reporting results back to the business and HR.

• Operates a robust, timely and well documented recruitment environment.

What Skills & Experience Will You Have?

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in inhouse or agency recruitment.

• Previous experience of Emiratisation recruitment is a must.

• 360 recruitment experience would be preferable - including stakeholder management, self-sourcing and negotiations.

• Excellent English language verbal and written communication skills

• Extensive experience of interviewing and evaluating candidates

• Excellent organizational skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Experience of using Workday would be advantageous.
