Mechanical Engineer

The Skills

Accredited with a MEng degree level (or equivalent) in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering, you have a real interest in sustainable Building Services design and analysis for the built environment, and crucially - have a passion for creative and intuitive design as well as a thirst for personal development and career progression.

Requirements

• Qatar UPDA Grade A, QCDD Certified and experience of working in the Middle East is highly preferred.

• Educated to degree level in mechanical engineering or building services engineering, with relevant experience in both site supervision and design roles within a building services consultancy (ventilation, cooling and air conditioning, heating systems, Public health, fire protection etc. other systems).

• Good knowledge of HAP, Elite and Revit softwares

• You have a solid understanding of the relevant industry codes and good practice, have experience of detailed co-ordination with other design disciplines, and have proven ability in both overseeing and producing creative, sustainable, and intuitive design solutions.

• Given the collaborative and client focused nature of this role, excellent communication skills and programme management skills are essential.
