Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Salesman to join our Food & Beverage team in Kuwait.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
As a Salesman, you will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining existing client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
This is a critical role in our company as you will be the face of our brand and will directly contribute to our growth and success.
Responsibilities:
Identify and prospect potential clients in the food and beverage industry.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Present and demonstrate our products to potential clients, highlighting their unique features and benefits.
Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring pricing and terms are in line with company guidelines.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and other relevant documentation to the management team.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote our products.
Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints in a timely manner.
Stay updated on industry developments, product knowledge, and sales techniques through continuous learning and training.
Preferred Candidate:
Prior experience in sales, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Flexibility to travel within Kuwait for client meetings and industry events.
Valid driver's license.
Fluency in English and Arabic.
Positive attitude and a passion for the food and beverage industry.
