Operations Manager (Food & Beverage)

Responsibilities:

* Oversee daily operations of multiple restaurants, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures

• Manage and coordinate all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, inventory management, and quality control

• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction

• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations, and maintain a clean and safe working environment

• Train, mentor, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer service and meet performance goals

• Monitor and analyze financial performance, and implement cost-control measures to improve profitability

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns and initiatives

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement

• Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner

* Proven experience as an Operations Manager in the Food & Beverage industry

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Exceptional customer service skills and ability to handle customer complaints

• In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations, including staffing, inventory management, and quality control

• Ability to analyze financial data and implement cost-control measures

• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
