Machine Operators

Responsibilities:

* Set up machines according to specifications, ensuring proper calibration and alignment.

• Operate machines to perform tasks such as cutting, shaping, drilling, and grinding.

• Monitor machine operations to detect any malfunctions or defects.

• Perform regular maintenance and cleaning of machines to ensure optimal performance.

• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy, making adjustments as necessary.

• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

• Record production data and maintain accurate documentation of machine operations.

• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and meet production targets.

• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during machine operation.

• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in machine technology.

Preferred Candidate:

* Prior experience as a Machine Operator or similar role.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of machine operations.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

• Flexibility to work in shifts, including nights and weekends.

• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.

• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
