Exports Manager

Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to expand our company's export market and increase export sales.

• Identify new potential markets and customers for our products and services.

• Establish and maintain relationships with international customers, distributors, and partners.

• Negotiate and finalize export contracts and agreements.

• Ensure compliance with all international trade regulations and requirements.

• Manage the export documentation process, including preparing and submitting export documentation.

• Coordinate and oversee the shipment of products to international customers.

• Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.

• Manage a team of export professionals, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.

• Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure smooth and efficient export operations.

Preferred Candidate:

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in export management or a similar role.

• Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and requirements.

• Proven track record of successfully expanding export operations and increasing export sales.

• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

• Ability to build and maintain relationships with international customers and partners.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a team.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and export management software.
