Audiologist

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Hearing Testing and Hearing Aid Programming:
   

• Conduct comprehensive hearing assessments, including pure-tone audiometry, speech audiometry, and tympanometry, to diagnose hearing disorders.

• Program, fit, and adjust hearing aids to meet the specific needs and preferences of patients.

• Educate patients on proper hearing aid usage, maintenance, and care.

2. Outreach and Business Development:
   

• Identify and target ENTs and Audiologists in the market who may be interested in our products and services.

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with medical professionals, promoting our products and services.

• Participate in networking events and conferences to generate leads and increase brand awareness.

3. Support and Training:
   

• Serve as the primary point of contact and support for doctors and audiologists who partner with Q-Care Medical.

• Provide training and guidance to healthcare professionals on our products, services, and fitting procedures.

• Ensure efficient communication and address any concerns or inquiries from partner professionals.

• Maintain documentation and patient files.

• Work in coordination with the commercial team to determine nature of the clinical support.

• Understands customers by proactively gathering information to learn about their needs and expectations.

• Communicate customer information and problems as well as opportunities to sales team.

• Collaborate with supplier and quality assurance in determining device related problems root causes and set corrective actions.

• Track vendor related issues from discovery to completion

• Analyze competitor product and highlight our products features to customers.
