Job Summary:
We are seeking a Training Specialist to design and deliver training programs for our organization.
A background in Mechanical Engineering is advantageous for this role.
Job Responsibility:
Develop training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees
Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions both in-person and virtually
Assess training needs within the organization and create appropriate training materials
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed
Collaborate with departments to ensure training meets organizational goals and objectives
Candidate Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any field, preferably in Mechanical Engineering
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office and learning management systems (LMS).
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
