Job Description
We are looking for an experience Handyman with expertise in general maintenance and cleaning, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, masonry and renovations works under the supervision of Maintenance Supervisor.
Develops a solid operational knowledge of all Engineering operational procedure.
Provide electrical repair and maintenance to motors, starters, and breakers and associated equipment throughout the entire building.
Assist other maintenance personnel on major shutdown repairs.
Determine tools and equipment needed for individual repair or maintenance job.
Maintain and re-lamp all lamps, as may be required, including socket repair and replacement.
Installs electrical wiring for renovations, electrical outlet additions, motors and associated equipment.
Clean fixtures and shades.
Provide preventive maintenance of all electrical, mechanical, plumbing equipment and updating of appropriate logs.
Assist and manage all plumbing stoppages and minor plumbing works.
Clean grease straps, filters and drains if necessary.
Clean all stations in the Engineering Department as well as other work areas.
Maintain logs for all work performed while on duty.
Check all mechanical room; take meter readings, record pressures on RO plants.
Install or relocate any addition or existing equipment when necessary.
Performs other related functions when required.
