Job Description


Responsibilities:

* Manage and control all company documents and records, both electronic and physical copies.

  • Create and maintain an organized filing system for easy retrieval of documents.

  • Ensure that all documents are properly labeled and indexed for easy reference.

  • Review and verify the accuracy and completeness of documents.

  • Prepare and distribute documents to the relevant departments and stakeholders.

Preferred Candidate:

* Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Document Controller.

  • With knowledge in EDMS/ACONEX

  • Excellent knowledge of document management systems and software.

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
