Technical Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of technical professionals to achieve project goals and deliverables.

• Develop and implement technical strategies and plans to support the company's objectives.

• Making plans using detailed drawings

• Preparation of the material submittals, method of statements, structural & architectural shop drawings and bar bending schedule for structure elements

• Ensuring all procedures and calculations are submitted to the client for review and approval

• Review and reply to project client/consultant’s comments on the technical submittals

• Applying and following up and obtaining NOCs from all authorities

• Creating accurate project specifications

• Preparation of as built drawings

• Supports the Project Manager with accurate drawings from design to production.

• Prepares assembly and detailed drawings.

• Makes necessary time calculation for drawings development and ensure deadlines are met.

• Responsible for identifying and resolving technical design and constructional problems.

• Creating technical reports

• Completing regulatory documents concerning safety issues

• Finishing projects on time and within budget

• Communicating with clients and coworkers about analysis results

Preferred Candidate:

* Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar technical management role.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.

• Proven experience in developing and implementing technical strategies and plans.

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
