Service Assistant

• Receive and manage correspondence.

• Direct phone calls and handle requests and inquiries appropriately.

• Provide initial services and support.

• Organize and schedule administrative tasks.

• Organize meetings and communications.

• Execute correspondence, handle phone calls, and respond to inquiries from the local community related to the food consumption project.

• Prepare correspondence on behalf of the project team and present it for review and approval.

• Maintain data related to the food consumption project.

• Arrange visits and schedule sessions in collaboration with unit family heads and participants.

• Recruit families, both Emirati and non-Emirati, for a research project within the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.

• Use a designated list to contact families residing in Al Ain, Abu Dhabi, and Al Dhafra regions to encourage participation in the survey.

• Secure informed consent from the head of households.

• Register participants and their families into the research project's software database.

• Facilitate introductions between recruited families and the dietitians and nutritionists responsible for conducting interviews with participating families.

Minimum Qualification

Have a high school certificate, diploma or a university degree
