Medical Representative - KSA

Key Accountabilities/ Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including physicians, and pharmacists.

• Promote STADA's products effectively, highlighting their benefits and value proposition.

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information on products, therapeutic areas, and medical studies to healthcare professionals.

• Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective strategies to achieve sales targets and market share growth.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and challenges.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, Medicine, Life Sciences, or related field.

• Previous experience (mention period) as a Medical Representative in the pharmaceutical industry.

• Fluent in English and Arabic; additional languages are a plus.

• Be proficient on the following computer applications: MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint

• Saudi National required

Desired Experience:

• Experienced in negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

• Results-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding targets and driving business growth.

• At least 2 years of sales experience in pharma is a plus

• Demonstrated ability of critical thinking and problem solving, with ability to work independently

• Strong written and verbal communications

• Work under fast-paced environment and a team player.
